Our approach

Whether the intervention is made on an individual scale or targets several leaders at different hierarchical levels, the basis of our action is to observe the interactions between the layers of leadership, in the heat of the action and directly where these leaders work.

The findings from the field will lead to action plans adapted to the reality of the operational environment and to the implementation of simple, achievable short-term and effective improvement strategies.

If the organization opts for a more generalized intervention, a proposal for an intervention strategy will allow the main leader to take ownership of the approach and ensure its sustainability.

After his 35 years of experience including the last 20 years in leadership and management positions, he has worked in engineering, project management, environment, logistics, operational departments, and maintenance.

His broad work experience extends into production environments, services, multimodal logistics facilities, railways, and port facilities, sometimes in times of crisis, organizational changes, and financial market pressures.
